Press Release – We Have a Fresh New Look!
Typically I LOVE to blog on the up-to-the-minute buzz on trends, got-to-know-tips, hottest technology, must-see projects or I may even give you a sneak preview on something BIG that’s happening in the world of window coverings! Well…. something, big IS happening, and it’s happening right here within our company! We’ve got a new look within the leadership of our company. So, today I am going to depart from the ordinary to highlight the extraordinary, rather the extraordinaire!
Since 1979, Arjay’s Window Fashions, has served the communities of Ventura County, Los Angeles County & Santa Barbara County; within that time period we’ve been recognized as a Small Business of the Year and have had consistent A+ ratings with the Better Business Bureau. Arjay’s Window Fashions also belongs to many associations including the Ventura County Contractor’s Association and the Santa Barbara Contractor’s Association – we’ve been recognized for our alliance with such organizations as Habitat for Humanity, the local Boys & Girls Club, and Safe Harbor, (a home for women & children who have been abused) – all these accomplishments have been under the leadership of owners Donna Buice & John Edwards.

With that said, it is our pleasure to introduce you to the newest member of our growing team, Russ Elinson, he does exceed all of our expectations! Russ has joined the Arjay’s team as the newest Principle of Arjay’s Window Fashions; a division of Window Products Management, Inc. Russ will be sharing his position with our existing owner, John Edwards, while Donna Buice will move into the position of Vice President of Business Relations for Window Products Management, Inc., the parent company of Arjay’s Window Fashions.
Russ, a Summa Cum Laude graduate, obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Distribution Management, from the University of Southern California. (Go Trojans!) As a former vice president of one of the largest window covering manufacturers in the Western United States, Russ managed the sales, marketing, and operations, providing him a complete understanding of window covering products. He is a certified Somfy AutomationProfessional and specializes in motorized window treatments and contract project management. Along with his professional resume, Russ brings with him an understanding of the latest technology practices.
Arjay’s knows with Russ’ extensive background, contagious enthusiasm, and determined eagerness he – along with his partner, John Edwards – is ready to make a much bigger presence within our communities in the area of home-improvement, window coverings and beyond!
Russ is a much welcomed addition to our team! Welcome aboard, Russ!
