1. Does Arjay’s Window Fashions service my area? We serve Ventura, Santa Barbara, & Los Angeles Counties and all of the surrounding cities.
2. Where is your showroom? Our new & improved showroom is located at: 5917 Olivas Park Drive, Ventura, CA 93003.
3. Do you come to me or do I need to visit your showroom? You can visit our showroom or we will have a design consultant come to your home or office; our service includes complementary design and a complete turn-key program where we manage every phase of your window covering project from design to the completed application.
4. What are your showroom hours? We are open Monday through Friday – 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday by appointment.
5. Does it cost to have an in-home consultation? Not at all! Our consultations are always complimentary. And, we are proud to say that we have the finest and most knowledgeable and experienced decorators in the business.
6. How long has Arjay’s Window Fashions been in business? We’ve been in business since 1975 and our owners have over 40 years of window coverings experience!
7. How do your products and services compare to other window covering dealers? We specialize in designing high quality treatments that bring beauty, privacy, improved comfort and energy efficiency to windows by installing shutters, blinds, shades, and award-winning draperies. In addition to offering all of the major name brands, we also carry interesting products from smaller boutique manufacturers, as well as sustainable green products that provide healthy window coverage for your family. Arjay’s has the capacity to motorize your window treatments and either remotely control those treatments with hand-held or wall mounted switches; or integrate the window treatments into a new or existing home automation system. We have factory trained Somfy & Lutron technicians on staff.
8. Do you have financing available? Yes, we do! Our financing program allows for minimum monthly payments and no interest for a year.
9. Is it true that window coverings can help lower my energy bills? Yes, it is. We have trained personnel who can offer professional advise to help you understand energy savings.
