Window Products Management consulted to the builder on several aspects of the fenestration on this unique mountain top Malibu Estate including the automation schematic, window covering designs and exterior shading devices. This very unusual home had over eighty openings and WPM provided recommendations regarding design, materials and automation for all of the openings. The automation schematic was designed for Internet control so that all of the motorized window coverings could be controlled from a central location, room by room or remotely from any location via iPad, iPhone, etc; the system also has the ability to solar track and harvest daylight.
